I started in Real Estate in 2001 I previously worked for a large corporation with their Quality Engineering Group. I had joined my wife Michele to create a team approach in helping our clients always receive the best service. I have a strong ethical and professional business background. Over the past 12 years of experience and service I have been honored with many high achievement awards. I have professional expertise in helping clients with residential buying and selling of existing homes. I am a Certified Buyer Representative and have helped relocation buyers with finding the best community to suit his client's needs, supplying them with the information on schools and communities to make their decision making easier. I have assisted many first time home buyers with understanding the buying process and helping them find Government programs available such as grants or down payment assistance programs. I have also worked with McDonald Construction for 3 years selling new construction. My background in construction sales and remodeling sales for a total of 8 years is very helpful for buyers or investors looking for a home to remodel or repair.

Mary Jo Copeland’s Sharing and Caring Hands Shelter- Collected donation’s, built and delivered up to 250 Easter baskets per year for homeless children (9 years)



Habitat For Humanity- Building homes for people in need (2 years)



Paint-A-Thon- Painting homes for the disabled (4 years)
